What?
Dawg Camp Discovery is a three-day retreat for first-year students. Dawg Camp Discovery focuses on the first-year experience, campus involvement, leadership opportunities, history, and traditions, and of course getting to know fellow Bulldawgs! Incoming first-year students will have the opportunity to interact with forty student leaders as well as several UGA faculty and staff members. Some of the most popular Discovery activities include a shaving cream fight, Dawg Camp Olympics, and an awesome luau on Saturday night! |
When?
Who?
Dawg Camp Discovery is an exciting weekend of spirit and tradition accommodating approximately 250 first-year students. Each first year student will be assigned to a small group consisting of approximately 10-15 other first-year studetns and led by two student leaders who serve as camp counselors.
